Module Settings/Projects

Commence On Demand allows you to customize the project status (open, closed, or pending for example) that can be selected during the recording of project information. Use the following steps to customize the status field:

1. Select Administration from the Quick Links section.

2. Select Module Settings from the Administrator section.

3. Select Projects. The Projects Module Settings screen displays.

4. Select Status.

  • To add a project status, enter the project status name in the New Value field and click the Add Value button.
  • To edit a project status, select the project status name from the listing and modify the name in the New Value field. Click the Edit Value button.
  • To remove a project status, select the project status name from the listing and click the Remove button.

5. Click the Save button to save the project status and modify others.

6. Click Save & Close when you have completed your entries.
